Rob Churcher
Associate Director / Project Director / Senior Project Manager
Rob is a Project Director and Associate Director for Arcus. He holds a Bachelor of Surveying with Distinction and a Masters in Property Studies. In addition, Rob is a past president of the Property Council of New Zealand (South Island) and a member of the Project Management Institute.

He has extensive experience leading civil infrastructure and property projects. This experience has provided him with a broad technical knowledge across infrastructure, engineering, master planning, project management and property development. Rob has provided strategic advice to a range of clients including Kathmandu, Ag Research, Environment Canterbury, New Zealand Defence Force and the Ministry of Education.

Working as a consultant for more than 25 years, Rob has developed strong communication, stakeholder and personal skills.

Warwick Fergusson
Senior Project Manager
Warwick is a business savvy and commercially astute senior project manager with Arcus. He holds a Professional Certificate in Construction Contract Law, a Diploma in Management and a Masters of Business Administration.

With more than 20 years of experience in project management, Warwick possesses the knowledge, skills and acumen to structure and manage projects and programmes through their complete lifecycle.

Warwick’s experience is complimented by his extensive business and project management qualifications. His organisational, leadership, risk management, contract negotiation, stakeholder and financial management skills have been proven over a broad range of successful high-value projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Brendan Bisley
Senior Project Manager
Brendan is a senior project manager with Arcus. As a civil engineer, Brendan possesses the knowledge of both the technical and management aspects involved in projects. This has enabled him to lead a number of high profile infrastructure projects and programmes of work across New Zealand. His work has seen him undertake significant projects for organisations such as the Christchurch City Council and AECOM.

Brendan provides key expertise in project management, engineering management, community consultation, financial management, negotiation, tender evaluation, safety management systems, safety auditing and geomechanics.

Hayley McCarroll
Project Manager
Hayley holds a Commerce Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management. She brings experience across a number of high value projects including the Justice and Emergency Services Precinct, Health Research and Education Facilities and various Ministry of Education school projects.

Key areas of responsibility and expertise include research, feasibility, planning, stakeholder relationships and coordination, programme set up and management, financial monitoring, negotiation, procurement and contractor and construction management.

Hayley’s excellent communication and people skills give her an effective platform from which to deliver high quality results across all projects.

Hugh Sheppard
Junior Project Manager
Studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce in Valuation and Property Management, Hugh has a thorough understanding of the property industry.

He has assisted on various infrastructure and building projects for the New Zealand Defence Force. Throughout these projects he has been involved with procurement, consultation management, feasibility studies, negotiation, valuation, project administration and project management.

Hugh offers the ability to work well with others, shows self-motivation and provides new ideas when needed to all projects.
